Age Range: 12-18 years

Description: GRIT STRENGTH is the bridge between foundational movements and intermediate weightlifting. This class builds on fundamental techniques, introducing compound exercises like the Barbell Deadlift and Barbell Thruster. Your athlete will develop a solid understanding of weightlifting principles and proper form, advancing their skills and knowledge in a safe and supportive environment.
