Age Range: 8-12 years
Description: YOUTH GRIT is designed for young athletes beginning their strength training journey. This program emphasizes mastering bodyweight calisthenics, core strength, balance, and coordination. Your child will learn the proper form for dumbbell bench presses, pull-downs, sit-ups, and various squats, setting a strong foundation for future athletic endeavors. We introduce resistance bands to ensure safe and effective muscle strengthening without compromising their growing bones and joints. Placement in the class is determined through consultation to ensure it aligns with your child's developmental stage.
